I build the program and answer support myself, usually within a day.

What to send when something is wrong

If a number looks wrong or a check will not clear, open the Review tab, click the arrow on the coin's row, and press Copy report. Paste it into the message.

The copy covers one coin: the checks' findings, with dates, quantities, approximate values, exchange and file names, and shortened wallet addresses. It leaves out your cost, proceeds and gains. Read it before you send it.

If the program misbehaved rather than miscounted, I may ask for a session log. In Settings → Session Logging, Open Logs Folder opens the folder (under Documents\PrivateACB\logs). A log records where your database and exports are, which usually includes your Windows user name, each calculation's totals, and some account names. Read it before you send it, and delete any line you do not want to share.

Never send your database password, and never the database file itself — I cannot open it without the password, and I do not want to. One more thing to glance at: the program's Copy System Info button puts your database's file path on the clipboard, which may include your Windows user name.

Email works too: [email protected]. For a refund, include the order email address.

Your name, email and message go to my inbox and nowhere else. The service that carries them keeps a record for ninety days (Privacy).

Enter the email address you bought with. If a license is registered to it, the key is emailed to that address again — and only to that address. The reply here is the same either way.
